Regarding Damaged or Defective Merchandise – MAsset Recovery will replace or refund the purchase price of defective merchandise (Minilab Parts) within the first 14 days. The option to replace or refund is at MAsset Recovery LLC’s sole discretion. Merchandise damaged by the user through misuse or negligence will not be replaced or refunded. Replacements or refunds for merchandise damaged in shipping will be subject to a claim filed by MAsset Recovery LLC with the shipping carrier. Freight/shipping charges and service charges are not refundable in any case.
